the ambassador program
launching a creator-led ambassador program

Building a Community-Powered Content Engine
The ALPFA Ambassador Program is an open-invitation creator initiative designed to amplify student and professional voices across Instagram and LinkedIn. I supported the operational structure of the program by managing recruitment intake, coordinating monthly campaign rollouts, and overseeing submission, review, scheduling, and performance tracking. The objective was to create a repeatable system that empowered chapters and members to contribute content while maintaining brand alignment at the national level.
Scaling Participation While Protecting Brand Integrity
Because the program operates without formal vetting or interviews, the challenge was balancing accessibility with quality control. The workflow needed to remain fully asynchronous and scalable while ensuring submissions aligned with ALPFA's mission, visual identity, and social guidelines. Internally, this required coordination across Monday.com, Google Drive, Gmail, and Hootsuite, along with structured review processes to select the strongest submissions each month.
Turning Collaboration Into Measurable Growth
Through a structured monthly cadence and clear submission guidelines, the program transformed community participation into a consistent content pipeline. Top-performing ambassador videos reached 13,500 views, with engagement rates ranging between 5% and 8%. In many cases, ambassador-led content became some of the highest-viewed and most engaged posts on participating chapter accounts, often doubling typical viewership benchmarks.
Beyond metrics, the program strengthened cross-chapter collaboration by giving members a visible platform within the national ecosystem. What began as open participation evolved into a performance-driven ambassador network that both elevated individual creators and expanded ALPFA's collective digital reach.
